Sacrament Program 2024-01-28
During the winter some people experience more sadness and depression—a disorder known as SAD. Some people ascribe this to fewer daylight hours, colder weather, and changes to the circadian rhythm, but in fact it’s much simpler than that.
Sacramental Assumption Disorder (SAD) is caused by not reading the sacrament program. People assume that, just because they have been to thousands of sacrament meetings previously, they know what’s going to happen in this one. But not knowing for certain then leads to anxiety, sadness, and even depression. Why this tendency to ignore sacrament programs increases during the winter is still a matter of some debate among scientists.
Luckily, there is a simple, safe, and relatively inexpensive cure: read the enclosed sacrament program. Read it every week, as often as needed until symptoms are alleviated.
