Color in all the closed parts of letters. For example, the top part of a lowercase e or the two loops of an 8.

Convert each letter which has been (partly) colored into a dash, and each letter which hasn’t into a dot.

Sometimes the mapping to dots and dashes are reversed (i.e. not colored to dashes, colored to dots)

In especially obfuscated Sacrament Programs (usually for large wards with lots of scholarly scrutiny) the mapping of dots and dashes can change in the middle of the program.

Read the resulting message in morse code.

Rumor has it that the sealed section of the golden plates is being revealed one bit at a time in a different sacrament program each week.

Scholars have recovered over 30 pages of further revelation so far.
