Sacrament Program 2025-01-26
Winter is the Great Golden Age of Sacrament Programs. Or perhaps I should say the Great White Age. It’s at this time that the entire world becomes one large fractal sacrament program. First, white snow blankets the earth and then animal tracks, the smattering of car slush, fallen leaves, grass blades poking through, and so forth spell out the words of local sacrament programs. At a larger level, roads, towns, rivers and freak snow thaw leads to sacrament programs that can be read at the county or state level. Finally, the entire world is a large sacrament program based on even larger scale writing such as that of lakes, oceans, forests, etc.
As humans we are often in too much of a rush to stop and read the Sacrament Programs of the Seasons, so try slowing down and reading one or more of the beautiful sacrament programs that nature provides. And should you slip and injure yourself, make sure to contort your body into the position that “feels sacramental,” so that your body can do its part in writing the great Sacrament Program of which we are all a part.
